• First and foremost, I will always act with integrity, honesty, trustworthiness, and accountability.
• I will respect the dignity and worth of each individual and treat all in a caring and respectful manner.
• Confidentiality will be respected at all times.
• I will be very clear upfront as to boundaries and what type of questions I could not consider. 
• Requests for predictions, and specific medical or legal advice cannot be considered.
• Readings about another person cannot be done except in relation to the client.
• I will guide the individual to an appropriate phrasing of a  question, if needed, for maximum clarity and helpful information.
• I will make it clear what Tarot can and cannot offer in the context  of the individual's question.
• I will discuss and agree upon all fees with my clients in advance. 
• I will be aware of my own feelings and ensure that they do not influence the reading.
• I will be mindful of and accepting of individual cultural or ethnic differences.
• I am committed to ongoing professional development to ensure my  readings are of the highest quality.
• I will always empower the client to reflect on their situation and  promote their self-determination and free will.

 Scheduling and Payment

Online payment will be required at the time of booking. Payments are accepted via PayPal which can be paid with a credit card or a PayPal account. Once the payment is received, I will finalize and schedule the reading. We will work together to find a time that is suitable for both parties. There is no guarantee that a reading can be scheduled in any specific time frame.

Cancellations and Refunds

I understand that schedules change and things come up. If either party is unable to attend the scheduled reading time, they will notify the other party as soon as they are aware of the conflict. They will work together to reschedule the reading. A refund may be offered If you no longer wish to have a reading. Once the reading is complete, no refunds will be provided.
