  Hello and welcome to Bridge Tender Tarot! I’m Janet, a former clinical social worker with a master's degree in social work, experienced in providing support to individuals across 

many diverse settings.

I eventually moved into administration of non- profit organizations. Throughout my career, my focus has always been on empowering individuals to gain insight, to grow, and to navigate life's challenges.

Although I’ve transitioned away from direct clinical practice, I find that Tarot reading combined with coaching has become a natural extension of my prior experience which allows me to leverage my counseling and coaching skills in a new and meaningful way to continue to help others.

As a Certified Tarot Advisor and experienced social worker and coach, I look forward to working with you to help you explore your own 

path and journey.

I chose the name "Bridge Tender Tarot" for my site because for me it embodies my perception of both the role of a tarot reader and the transformative journey that a tarot reading can offer.

Tarot is a wonderful tool for gaining self-awareness and providing guidance. Utilizing Tarot along with my counseling and coaching  skills, my role is to help interpret the meaning in the cards, which can offer insight about specific questions or some aspect of your life. This process will give clarity and understanding to better navigate your life path.  

 Tarot cannot predict the future, but if offers a window into the energies that surround a particular situation at a moment in time. Individual empowerment and free will are key. Tarot is a powerful tool for introspection and can help one clarify goals and aspirations, and make more informed decisions.

To help you get the most out of a Tarot reading,  I draw upon my extensive counseling, coaching and management experience, and utilize my strong empathic connection and ability to truly listen and understand people. 

 My holistic approach is supportive, compassionate, and tailored to your unique individualized needs. The readings are a collaborative process in which I encourage you to be an active participant.  I believe that Tarot serves as a valuable tool for self-reflection and you already have many of the answers within.

My approach also considers different modalities along with Tarot reading, drawing upon my extensive social work experience. The sessions bring new awareness  and insight that provide guidance to navigate challenges, life changes and transitions.  This helps you manifest and achieve your goals as well as clarify your path overall, empowering you with greater confidence.
